Legacy Scholarship
The American Legion’s Legacy Scholarship provides college funding to children of post-9/11 veterans who died on active duty, or those who have a combined VA disability rating of 50 percent or greater. Apply January 1 to April 1.
Applications will be opening soon to attend the camp in August. It is an intense, multi-disciplinary 4 day virtual camp intended to expose high school students, ages 15 to 17, to various aspects of law enforcement.
Do you know a senior attending one of our local high schools? Encourage them to apply for the School Awards Medal Program. Application information and the application are included in this newsletter as well as on our Post website. They are due to the Post on April 8th.
